NHS uses a hands-on approach (i.e., Theories, Statistics, Systems, & Strategies) to teach you how to be a successful real estate investor. We provide valuable and essential training and then take it a step further!  We motivate you to take that education and use it to make money! Unlike other educational providers, we refuse to just give you helpful information and send you home feeling clueless and stranded.  We will take you into the field and show you how and what needs to be done to be successful.  Once your training is complete, you will be 100% confident that you can do it all by yourself.  And if that’s not enough, the NHS instructors will stay with you for an additional 90 days.  These 90 days are there to help you review your deals, answer your questions, and give you the support you need to be successful!

All classes are held at our training center located at 8153 W. Grand Ave. River Grove, Illinois 60171.

The cost for each training session is $3,000 per person.  A $200 discount will be given if you sign up for an additional class within 6 months. You may cancel a registration up to 5 days prior to the start of the class.

01 - QC Strat Cover

Our Quick Cash Strategies training session can help you earn

TRAINING TIME: 2 days in the classroom, plus 1 day in the field, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day. (As a bonus NHS instructors will be available for 90 days after completion of the class to help review your real estate deals.)

CLASS DESCRIPTIONThis class will teach you how to become a successful real estate wholesaler.  A real estate wholesaler uses very little money and no risk strategies to find great real estate deals, form contracts, and then sell those contracts for a profit.  Your main focus is not to buy and sell properties.   It is to sell contracts that you form with sellers.  This strategy does not require a great deal of real estate knowledge to start making money.  

Now there are times when a real estate wholesaler will buy and sell a property on the same day to make an even bigger profit.  All this is done very quickly with very little of your money.   Yes, you will buy and sell a property in one day, usually within a couple of hours.  It will be a great feeling once you complete your first wholesale deal!

Our Quick Cash Strategies will help you generate anywhere between $2,000 – $15,000 or more per deal.
